On boot up, got a "Symeunt.386 not installed" or how about a exception ewin32 error in module FPTOOL.exe Cant find it an MS database. system also says "not enough memory" when trying to open programms. Internet explorer seems to keep showing in the task manager screen. |

I suspect that you may have misspelt the message and that the file name is SYMEVNT.386 and if so that the error relates to a problem with Norton or some other Symantec application. The Win Me operating system has no file with that name. Try reinstalling whichever Symantec product you have installed. or how about a exception ewin32 error in module FPTOOL.exe This file also is not part of the Win Me operating system and there are several possibilities as to its origin including a freeware tool called 1st Files Privacy Tool. Again may I suggest you reinstall whichever application of which fptool.exe forms part. -- Mike Maltby MS-MVP JC wrote: Dell pent-III running ME.
