cannot connect to ISP

Getting an Error 720 when I try to connect to my ISP. My
ISP had me remove and reinstall their software, to no
avail. Thought I'd try finding some help here before I
resort to the restore disks. Any ideas?

you may have spyware
Such errors are often caused by spyware - download AdAware from
www.lavasoftusa.com, install, update, and run it to remove spyware, adware,
and other such nasties from your system.
