Default user account problem

After I've created a user account in Me, log off the main account, and log in
to the new user account it creates another profile folder with '000' at the
end and stores everything there...how can you prevent windows me from
creating the extra profile folder with '000' at the end? (P.S. - I've also
moved the original account folder, i.e., bill, and deleted the extra folder
('bill000') and copied the original back in its place only to have the
'bill000' folder right back when I sign back on again. Please help.
