Windows ME Help
I install windows ME and i went to desktop and everything. After I
downloaded some things for windows update, I restarted my computer. After that, windows was tryin to load up and the start menu toolbar appeared and went off. Desktop was blank and it just stopped doin everything. what do i Do?
