after Format cannot reinstall WinMe

Can anyone help me please?
after formating (0.69MB in bad sectors),D:setup starts preparing,checking
and copying windows files to my computer up to 10% and I have a message
'Stop. Setup cannot copy the installation files to your computer.Click OK
to exit setup. Message SUO325'
I started again but no change,can I do anything to fix it?

With that number of bad sectors, your HD is probably on it's way down the
tubes - get a new one, and try again

Further to Noel's message see MS KB 270593 - ""Error SU0325" When Windows
Me Setup Is 10 Percent Complete"
(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=270593) where one of the reason given
for this error is "failing hardware" but another cause could be a
scratched, dirty, or damaged Win Me CD.
