Default help!!!!

I have loaded the Interney Explorer6,and every time I
restart my computer,I get "IT appears you have the correct
setup files,but the installation failed.Try ciosing down
all other programs and try running setup again.If that
still does not work,contact Microsoft Product Services for
additional help."I have tried running it over and over and
I keep getting this!Please HELP ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reboot to Safe Mode, and try again from there

Try to install Netscape or Opera or Mozilla
