fatal exception OE in VXD DSOUND (03) ???
I can't get my computer fully started. I get the
following message and then it locks up after I press any button: A fatal exception OE has occurred at 0028:C193BC1C in VXD DSOUND (03) + 00000BBC. The current application will be terminated. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM !!!
