Default 98 boot up problems

When I boot up my computer. I get errors that
say "explorer has performed and illegal
operation","sbserv has performed and illegal
operation",error starting program "the rundll.32.eve file
is linked to missing export shell32.dll:122","the
c:\windows\system\shell32.dll file appears to be
corrupt", "the symneti.dll file is linked to a missing
export shell32.dll:shellexecuteexa", and an "mstask error"

All of these errors come up and I can't do any thing
else. Just a background picture comes up and that's it.
