EXPLORER is not listed in the Ctrl-Alt-Del Close Program
Please help.
I've been running Windows 98 Second Edition for two years without serious problems. Now, after startup, EXPLORER is not listed in the Ctrl-Alt- Del Close Program feature. How do I get it back?? I tried to uninstall and then reinstall Win98SE through the Add/Remove Programs feature. However, the required Scan Disk programs halts after 10 tries telling me to close programs. I closed all but the Systray and still Scan Disk is unable to complete its chore for the same reason. What can I do? |
