Internet Explorer

My Internet Explorer has suddenly quit working. None of my shortcuts will
open the program. I have tried repairing the Office 2000 suite, but still
can't get the Internet Explorer to open. I get the hourglass for about ten
seconds and then back to the arrow cursor. How can I get back onto IE? How
do I create a link to open the site? There has been no problems with IE,
and I have never run into this before. Any suggestions?

Try repairing Internet Explorer. To do this, go to Control Panel,
Add/remove programs and remove Internet Explorer. You should then get the
option to repair it.
