I don't see anyplace on the compaq site for video display
adapter drivers - only directions on how to replace a
video card. Is there anywhere else I can look for these
drivers? Thanks.

Compaq Presario 5900T desktop PC
Presario Drivers and Software for EMEA Models After a QuickRestore
"The CTO installation utility will reinstall all your software and drivers
that are missing after you do a quick restore from CD. It can also be used
if you have just had a new hard disk drive fitted to their machine."

Note that you may have to re-construct the above link. It is found by
entering 'presario 5900T' at the HP/Compaq saite, and following the link for
software & driver downloads.
