Querier is apparently questioning how to install a motherboard driver for
an unknown device and is apparently attempting the use Winzip on a file for
a(n) (re)installation of 98.

It is difficult to help as you have not defined what device you might be
attempting to install, whether this is 98 or 98SE, and just where this file
came from.

Potential issue with this file may be that it is an actual executable file
to be used to install the unknown driver rather than a zipped self extract
executable.

Please supply more information so you can be helped.
