Default BLUE SCREEN - A Fatal Exception for USB connection problem

My notebook is using Window 98 second edition, and there is only one USB
port. My printer has been setup for this port and work very well. Recently,
when I try to connect my mobile phone to my notebook through this USB port, a
BLUE SCREEN has come out for a fatal exception. Does it cause by IRQ conflict?
Does anyone have any suggestion?
Thank you in advance
Eric
