Default monitur auto shut down

Monitor will not shut down automatically on every start up.

After each start up I have to go to "Display properties /
screen Saver / Advanced" and recycle the minutes to shut
the screen.

The PC startup Setup is set for this in Power Management.

Is there a Registry setting to change, to get the screen
shut down automatically?

Thanx nick
