graphics corruption
my dad has fnished making me a new computer. i installed
windows and motherboard drivers and my raedon graphics drivers (raedon and the motherboard are not plug and play) and im on my desktop and the picture has horriztal streaks across it.can u help

This usggests the monitor isn't up to the standard of the
video adapter card. Try using a better quality monitor.
