How can uninstall MS JVM (Microsoft java virtual machine) ?

You can't unless you want to start manually editing the registry. The MS
Java VM is automatically installed as part of the Win Me operating system.

Shouldn't this work as in XP ?
RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection java.inf,UnInstall

I'm not clear why you wish to remove this built in component however why
not go ahead and try it but remember if you have problems you're on your
own. That command should work but unless you install the Sun JavaVM you
could find your browsing somewhat limited. Just make sure you create a
system restore checkpoint before running the command just in case you have
problems and need to roll back your system.

As mike said just download Java from sun,it will load instead of VM.
And try Firefox and Thunderbird instead of IE6 and OE6.
You'll be happier and safer.
