On startup of my Windows 98 I get the following error
message:
"WTOOLSA caused an invalid page fault in module
KERNAL32.DLL at 017f:bff671f."

Then it lists the registers as follows:
EAX=00443b6aCS=017fEIP=bff7671fEFLGS=00010212
EBX=017efae4SS=0187ESP=016eff7cEBP=016f004c
ECX=016f0064DS=0187ESI=81a2a51cFS=30c7
EDX=016f00c0ES=0187EDI=016f01b4GS=0000
Bytes at CS:EIP
ff75c9d57 8d bd30ff ff ff 6a 04 55 57 e8
Stack dump:

The error message can be closed but it reappears on my
screen a few seconds after it is closed and reappears on a
restart. It does not appear to effect other functions on
the PC

Can anyone offer some suggestion as to how to fix this and
restore the file?
