First turn off the Caps. It's hard to read and frowned upon as shouting.

Start with the boot disk and at the A:\ prompt type:
cd c:\ and press Enter.
dir c:\ /p and press Enter. The /p switch will move the screen one page at a time by
pressing Enter. Note the space between \ /.
Are there any TIF/Cookie/Temp folders. Prolly not and will be in c:windows.

Assuming the below is in c:\windows, else change the path to reflect the correct
path.
Type:
del c:\windows\temp\*.* and press Enter. This will empty the Temp folder.
del c:\windows\tempor~1\*.* and press Enter. This will empty the Temporary Internet
files folder.
del c:\windows\cookies\*.* and press Enter. This will empty the Cookies folder.

When finished remove the disk and press ctrl+alt+del to reboot.
Hold down the ctrl key or keep tapping the F8 key just after boot when you get the
POST screen. This should get you to the startup menu. Select Safe Mode and do a
little house cleaning, then run scandisk and defrag, when done reboot.
Hold down the ctrl key or keep tapping the F8 key to get the startup menu, select DOS
Command Prompt.
At the C:\ prompt type:
scanreg /fix and press Enter. Do this 3 times. Note space.
scanreg /opt /fix and press Enter. Do this 3 times. Note spaces.
Type: Win to reboot and see if you can get to Windows.
