Need last 2 digits of Product Key to Install

A friend of mine ask me to sell their computer on eBay and so the first thing
I did was format the HD. I am now using the Dell Restore CD to reinstall
WinME. The only problem is that the sticker on the side of the case is torn
right at the last 2 digits of the Product Key!!! What can I do about this? I
wasn't sure who to talk to at Microsoft so if you can help please do.

The only people who can help you are Dell since it is they whop issued the
key not Microsoft. Microsoft don't use recovery CDs, these are produced
by OEMs such as Dell who are legally obliged to provide full support, this
being a condition they entered into with Microsoft when they purchased
copies of Win Me at a vast discount.

I'll try and contact Dell Support. Thank you.

Some options:

1.Talk to Dell.
2. Talk to a brick wall as an alternative to 1.
3. Start the last two digits at 00 and go to 99.
