If your DAP.EXE is Download Accelerator Plus from Speedbit then it
appears that this application can be a bit problematic.

My suggestion is that you not only stop using but that you uninstall
it from your computer (Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs) and then
check with the Speedbit website to see if they have a fix or an
updated version that can prevent this problem.

Good luck

Hi Ron;
I did the delete as you recommended and provided the
Kernel32.dll error message in a feedback to Speedbit. I
loaded the program just a few weeks ago but was not
successful really understanding it or getting it to work
properly, anyway.

Thanks a bunch,
rooster

Download Accelerator - DAP
Is not technically malware, but it may include malware and allow it into
your system.
You can find safer alternatives he
