Control Panel is TotallY EmPtY
I have a desktop that has an empty 'control panel'.
There's not one icon or anything for that matter in there. Is this something that can be corrected or will a major overhaul have to take place to get this machine right once again. Any help would be much appreciated. THANX N ADVANCE. The Rookie/Wayne B.
