$vault$.avg ?
That's the AVG Anti-Virus "Virus Vault"...it is where AVG puts a virus it finds.
To view what it is, open AVG Anti-Virus by right-clicking the AVG icon in your system tray (next to the clock on the taskbar), and choose "Run AVG Anti-Virus" from the pop-up menu. In AVG, click the Program menu AVG Virus Vault. -- Glen Ventura, MS MVP W95/98 Systems http://dts-l.org/goodpost.htm "John Callaway" wrote in message ... What is this directory $vault$.avg?
