Default help with game

I bought a new game for my windows 98se computer which is
a ibm pentium 2 with cpu at 446Mhz . The game is Runaway A
Road Adventure by Pendulo Studios. I emailed them but
cannot get help. The game is loaded on my computer but
when I go to play it the video moves very slowly. The
sound works fine but the picture doesn't keep up with the
sound. I have a View Sonic Professional Series monitor
with ATI Rage Fury video card which should be good enough
to run the game. The game requirements a (Recommended)=
Pentium 2 233
128 mb Ram
1.4 Gb hard disk
24x CD-Rom
Windows 95/98/Me/2000/Xp
I would like any and all the help anyone could give me. I
need to have the picture work better and I didn't know
where to turn to for help except here. Thank you very much.
