Is it possible for the server to filter the spammers that have suddenly
shown up in this NG? |

Yes it is. You should contact the organisation responsible for the new
server you are using to access the newsgroups (Worldnet) and ask them to apply spam filters or spam removal technology to their newsgroups. Or, you could use msnews.microsoft.com. as your news server - MS seems to be relatively responsive to spam, as there is not much on this server, and what does appear is usually taken off pretty quickly. -- Jeff Richards MS MVP (Windows - Shell/User) "Jim" wrote in message ... Thanks Jeff,
I see what you mean. These adds are on that server at WorldNet, not MS. This is a "new problem" at the WorldNet server as of this week. "Jeff Richards" wrote in message ... Yes it is.
