Internet Explorer 6.0
After update 7-14-04, Internet Explorer no longer works correctly - no new
windows come up. Unable to update windows & norton virus protection updates. I am running windows 98. Everything worked fine before 7-14-04. Now using Netscape which works ok

Try repairing Internet Explorer. To do so, go to Control Panel, Add/remove
programs, Microsoft Internet Explorer and repair Internet Explorer.
