toolbar?
I get this, I think is a toolbar that sticks to the side
of the display and when you click on it there is a drop down selection of pictures. What is this and how do I get rid of it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Tom

And what do the shortcuts open when you click them? It might be a standard

It's there all the time weather its IE Explorer, desktop, office document ect.

I don't recognize it so I suspect it is the product of some graphics program
you have installed.
