How to copy cookies to new computer??

I want to move my C:\Windows\cookies to my new
Win XP computer. My W98SE computer will not allow
me to copy this file to floppy because of security settings
How can I overide this security and copy file??

Have you tried using the "Export Cookies" feature in Internet Explorer?
Click File, then Import and Export, then follow along.

If you are trying to copy to a floppy, try first making a folder on the floppy (name
it whatever you like), and then copy all the favourites into the folder, rather than
into the root of the floppy.
