Default 98Se can't see driver for usb adapter

Trying to load driver disc for D-link USB wireless
adapter, and 98 won't load it. Rundll error pops up and
drops the download. How do I make it get the driver off
the Cd. It says the location "doesn't contain information
about the driver".
