Default Internet Explorer

I am unable to open Internet Explorer which is my
connection for my server Bellsouth.net. When I click on
Internet Explorer to open, it goes part way to a page and
has the following address at the
top "http://www.microsoft.com/isapi/redir.dll?
prd=ie&pver=5.5&ar=msnhome-microsoft Internet Explorer"

At the bottom it says "finding site:www.incredifind.com"
That is as far as it will go. I am also unable to use
Outlook Express to read my email.
My dial-up AOL account works OK. That is why I am using my
aol address for this question. I hope you can help me.
