cant bring up ms-dos prompt
I am using a dell with windows me. I can't bring up a ms-
dos prompt window. Not by doing start/programs/ms-dos nor by doing start/run/command. Bat files don't exec either. Nor can I do any ms dos commands in start/run. I tried bringing up windows in safe mode with the same result. By virus and spyware protection programs show no problems. Any idea?
