Default display properties

I am unable to change the screen resolution after
upgrading (640x480 pixels is the only option i have now)
I need a higher screen resolution to run Print
Shop...Through "Help" I was able to find that the only way
to resolve this issue is to contact the manufacturer of
the driver, and get a compatible driver for the display
adapter..."S3" is the manufacturer...Who are they? How to
contact them? Thanks in advance!!
