trying to format
hello,
tyring to format windows ME. well it tells me that the parameter is missing. what is it? how do i find it? please help.. thanks.

Format what? Your hard drive? If so and working from DOS you have to tell
FORMAT which drive or volume you want to format, for example: FORMAT C: to format your C: drive. Hint.
