Missing CD Rom
I've been messing around with an old computer and decided to upgrade the
operating system to Windows Me from Win 98se. The upgrade seemed to go just fine until I got back to the desk top after the upgrade was complete. In checking "My Computer" I found that the floppy "A" and Hard Drive "C" were present, but the CD Rom drive was missing and when I put a disk in to read it, it would not function. This is the same drive I used to do the upgrade. When I check the BIOS the drive is listed. What did I do wrong?
