If you did a "clean reinstall", if you first reformatted the drive before
installing, then yes, you lost the drivers. You need to obtain the drivers
for the card from the manufacturer. Or perhaps you still have the CD that
came with the card? You want to be sure to follow the installation
instructions carefully.
