Default Keyboard shortcut for focus

One way this can happen is if you launch the browser from a batch file

Good point. I wonder what Iceman meant by "start my browser via its loader".

Since my complaint has started quite an interesting thread, I could
inform you that I am using K-Meleon 0.9.12 (you may or may not have
heard of it). It has a "loader" which runs at startup from the SysTray.
It can be configured to load various parts of the browser into Windows'
memory. I have it set at 'Default'. I usually start up the browser by
clicking on the loader, which BTW may be unneccessary.

It probably is unecessary. Try launching the browser's executable instead,
or if it's the default, click on a favorite link.

The problem with focus when starting from the loader was the main
reason why I posted, but it also occurs when working with several
programs at the same time. That problem is now solved, I think. Thanks
again, Bill and you all.
