IC - I didn't realize you had a separate USB PCI card installed. If it's
USB1, and it appears to be, then the drivers for it are on the Windows 98SE
disk. Reinstall the drivers for it through the Device Manager. Right Click
My Computer on the Desktop and click Device Manager. Scroll down to USB.

If it's USB2, then you'll have to download the drivers from Belkin.

Do you have all the Windows Updates available from Windows Update?

I know that the name brand on the USB card that I just got is a Belkin.
