How was the memory tested? A software test does not necessarily preclude problem
RAM.

Have you tried swapping out the RAM modules, or if you have more than one installed,
removing all but one (or one pair if SIMMs), and swapping out with each other to
attempt to isolate a potentially bad stick?

Does it boot successfully into Safe Mode, and does the memory test during the Safe
Mode boot detect "unreliable" memory?

Are all the RAM modules the same?
