I HAVE THE EXACT PROBLEM AS COPIED FROM MICROSOFT'S
KNOWLEDGE BASE BUT THERE IS NO TEMP FILE IN THE WINDOWS
DIRECTORY. IS THERE ANY THING ELSE TO DO TO GET RID OF
THIS PROBLEM?
