Well, I found the problem and all is well. After checking "Properties" for the .chm
file, I noticed that it was 'blocked' by Windows. I unblocked it and it works well now.

Glad you got your issue fixed Loom, since I don't any of the third-party
software from the site. I'd sooner manually update, but that's me wink
