Windows Start Up

When I start or reboot my computer I get a message that says MSHTA.EXE: missing. I believe that this file missing is cause for some of the programs I use not working. How do I get that file back?

:

MSHTA.EXE

Start - Run - type in "sfc" (system file checker)
Choose "Extract one file from installation disk"
Type in MSHTA.EXE
On the next screen in the "restore from" window, pick the place where
your installation cab files are saved. If they are on your hard drive,
then the default location is probably already in the window (such as c:
\windows\options\cabs). If not, then put your 98 CD in the drive and
browse for X:\win98 (X being your CD ROM drive letter)
The "Save file in" window should be "c:\windows\system"
OK that, and proceed.
