I.E and Outlook express will not talk to ISP
 

Had to reload a gateway computer. After disk formated and
all reloaded I was unable to use Explorer or Outlook
express to communicate with the ISP. I can Ping, pass data
via Hyberlink and my modem test, with analog loop, works
fine. After reloading with the Gateway restore I did
utilize the new MS windows update Cd but I have fallen
back to IE5.5 and still no luck. Any help appreciated.
