I can't get my Web Page view to work?

Dear Experts, I have accidently deleted the file called "folder.htt" thinking it is a virus file in my Windows 98SE OS. Now I am not getting the option "view as web page" when I right click inside my "My Computer". I went to windows explorer and customized the current folder to view as web page....

When left idle for a few hours, my computer gets a message, in a large white box, to close. You cant do anything else until you do, and when you do, you get messages saying that the memory is full, and no further actions can be applied. Rebooting always clears the problem. Any ideas please?

The windows explorer shows an additional CD rom drive when there is none. What could have gone wrong? Otherwise the cpmputer runs fine. Thanks.

When utilizing maintainance wizard, the progress bar for scandisk and defragmenting procedures does not display. However, the scandisk and defrag procedures do seem to complete. Any ideas why no progress bar display?

Apparently the latest Windows Update patches have destroyed my Win98SE Active Desktop. After the patches installed, I made one modification (changing the font style on the active title bar), and now I can no longer make any further changes with Active Desktop. Anything I try with it locks it up...

I want to apply a password protected screensaver. I do not know if there is a password yet. I am concerned that when I apply the password, since I do not know it, I cannot sign on. I cannot figure out how to create a password when I apply the password protect to the screensaver.
