My windows media player will not update to 9.0 . It also gave me this error message, 80040154. any suggestions?? Thanks Murph

I don't know how to figure out the other programs that are using sound and turn them off. This is the error message I'm getting anyway. Sound works in all my programs except one and I also tried using media player and rec'd the same error message. Help! I have Quicktime installed.
