Windows 98 can't access windows NT 4.0 Server shares by

I have a Windows NT 4.0 Server (SP6) that has a client application running on
it that is accessed by terminals with windows 98 and windows 95 on them.

Could anyone tell me if it is possible to use a usb wireless adapter with my
laptop that is running Windows 98 (first edition)? I have seen that many
will work with 98 SE, but I would like to avoid buying 98 SE if I can.

I just refomatted my C drive and went through a clean installation of W98SE.
After installing my video drivers and some CD drivers, I moved on to the
network card driver. My network is fine but every time I start the computer I
get several messages about missing files (vnsetup.vxc, vredir.vxd,...

credantials under 98?
i know in xp or 200 you can map a drive providing another set of
credentials - is this possible at all under 98?

I Have satelite internet connection using broadband...
From broadband it will connect to my switch ( NORTEL)
I have more than 50 Desktop connected to the switch (NORTE)
There are 13 IP address from the subscriber including subnetmusk and
DNS...
