I changed the display font under Control Panel - Display - Appearance. It works only so long as the PC is not rebooted. Seems like my PC cannot record the change on shutdown. After rebooting, the relevant 'font' fields are shown as blank and I have to select my fonts again. Can any helpful...

For some reason when I open windows now there is about a 3/4" black border on the top and two sides of my screen. This reduces the screen size considerably and causes a few problems. I've tried to find the solution with no luck so far. Any suggestions? Thanks!
