Using Java based programs after upgrading to IE 6.0 by
SilverBee
None of my usual websites work where Java is involved. When I go to the link
suggested to learn about Java changes, I find nothing to help me. It all
seems to be oriented to developers and business uses. I'm wishing I hadn't
bothered to upgrade. Any suggestions?

Win9x Packet filter by
RobW
Hi all,
You anyone suggest a "Packet filter" for Win9x. Not an application
aware firewall. Just a simple packet filter like Windows firewall that
comes with XP.
TIA
Robbie

sunslight
OS: Win98SE; IE6 Sp1 (latest)
Problem:
Last night I went to an airline site, registered there, my system
froze, had to do a hard shutdown.
I rebooted, ran scandisk, scanreg, cleaned all temp folders/files, including
index,
loaded on a new program from that site, the system went down again.
