slow ME startup

We lost power the other day and since then the start up of
ME has been problematic, to say the least. The startup
now takes a few hours, literally and the logjam is at
explorer. The four-light diagnostics on the back of the
Dell are all lit, indicating that the machine is fine and
the operation of it the computer has been turned over to
the operating system.

Any ideas, folks?
