pc tv problems

i have recently formatytted my hard drive. It used to be
tv enabled. (tv card installed). I can no longer use pc
tv, using the galaxy tv software (Modulartech.com who
refuse to answer my emails) that came with the computer
oem. I do have a software disc for re installation but tv
still wont work. I have downloaded all the drivers
necessary from the supplier but no joy.
What I cant understand is that when I boot up I get
windows saying that it has detected new hardwqare for 2
items. 1 is PCI multimedia and the other is PCI multmedia
video. The software cannot be found when the add new
hardware wizard is run. Not fom any source..... internet,
discs, hard drive, downloads or anything. ther is nothing
to tell me what the hardware is nor can I think of
anything that is connected to my pc apart perhaps from the
software related to pc tv.The new hardware wizard just
shows it to be "other devices". I can only imagine that
the software for these items is on the reload disc which
came with the computer but this is only for a complete new
cleaninstallation and will wipe out all programs etc if I
use it.
How do I ascertain the manufacturer of my tv card.
How do I get hold of the software or locate it.
