I deleted some sounds files from my hardrive through
Windows Media Player 7.1 through the media library
permanetly (I had songs I wanted to delete) and it took
away the defaul Microsoft sounds with it like the "chord"
sound if you make an error/forget to save somethin' and it
also deleted my default Windows boot-up sound along with
the log off sound. Is there any way at all to recover
this without the Windows 98 disc? (I bought this laptop
from a third-party and it was already pre-loaded with
Windows 98 SE.) Thanks for y'all's help.
