When starting windows ME error message OE has occured
at0028;00000002 in VxD, This was called from
0028:C15AFBC3 in VxD.
This I have isolated to BsUDF on Static VxDs in System
Configuration Utilty, but when I turn this off, Windows
starts but the display goes blank before it finish
loading the start programme, I can start up ok in safe
mode but can not run my cd drive can anyone please help
..

BsUDF if the virtual Device Driver for B's Clip.
If you're not using that any longer, then use MSCONFIG to disable it.

The times I have seen that particular 0E error, it has been associated with
memory problems - try going into the BIOS and disabling either 1sy or 2nd
level cache (or both) and see if it makes a difference for the better - note
that doing so is bound to slow the system down.
